Morocco Explorers
A complete Morocco travel platform — tours, bookings, payments, customer accounts, reviews, and an admin panel in one connected system.

Key takeaways
- A travel platform that sells and operates the trip.
- Four languages, including Arabic RTL.
- One admin for bookings, customers, payments, reviews, and tours.
The problem
Morocco Explorers was running a real travel operation across tours, bookings, payments, customer messages, and reviews. The website, the booking flow, and the admin work were not one system. The team needed a platform that could sell a trip and run it without duplicating work.
The approach
We built the public site and the admin experience around the full booking journey: discover a tour, check availability, book, pay, and manage the trip. The platform supports four languages and connects the customer experience to the team’s daily operations.
What we built
- Multilingual public site
- Tour catalogue and booking flow
- Payments and customer accounts
- Reviews and customer messages
- Admin panel for bookings, tours, customers, and reports
Inside the build

The hard problems
Booking consistency
Availability, holds, payments, and confirmations must agree at every step.
Four-language content
English, French, Spanish, and Arabic RTL with reviewed copy, not machine-dumped text.
Payments and refunds
Provider states, webhooks, and customer records must reconcile.
Content operations
Tours, images, pricing, and SEO need to change without a developer.
The public experience
Travelers can browse tours by destination and theme, check availability, book, pay, and manage the trip in one account. The public site runs in four languages, including Arabic RTL.
The admin panel
The admin panel is completely separate from the public travel site. It is the operational system the team uses every day.
- Bookings and calendar: confirm, reschedule, cancel, and track every trip.
- Invoices: create, send, download, and track invoices and payment status.
- Payments and refunds: reconcile deposits, balances, refunds, and provider states.
- Customers and messages: profiles, inquiries, replies, and history.
- Tours and availability: itineraries, dates, capacity, pricing, and publishing.
- Articles and languages: create articles and pages, and manage their language versions.
- Reviews and content: approve, reply, and feature customer reviews.
- Reports and team: revenue, bookings, sources, team roles, and permissions.
Role-based permissions, protected sessions, and an audit trail.

What we learned
Travel software is operations software. The public site is only the front door; the booking and admin model decide whether the business can grow.
Project owner note
“We wanted one platform where travelers could discover our tours, book with confidence, and reach us in four languages. The build delivers that end to end.”
