By accessing and using the Karim Digital Consulting website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
Karim Digital Consulting provides custom website development, business automation, digital marketing, and platform management services. All services are delivered according to the scope agreed upon in writing between Karim Digital Consulting and the client. Project timelines, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements.
All content, code, designs, and materials created by Karim Digital Consulting remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of the delivered work transfers to the client, excluding any third-party libraries, frameworks, or tools used in development which remain subject to their respective licenses.
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the agreement.
Karim Digital Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any prepaid amounts for uncompleted work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
